These Terms govern your use of FameAI, a product operated by Famous Birthdays LLC.
FameAI allows users to launch automated agents that return creator and influencer data.
FameAI operates on a token system. Tokens cost $1 each. Each agent run costs $10 plus $1 per record returned, up to 100 records per run. Tokens are deducted when agents run and when records are returned.
Customers manage their usage through the FameAI dashboard. The dashboard allows customers to purchase tokens, view token balances and usage, and configure agent settings. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You may stop using the service at any time. Famous Birthdays LLC may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time. If the service is cancelled, unused tokens will be refunded.
FameAI, including its software, systems, databases, models, algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by Famous Birthdays LLC. Your account gives you permission to use the service, but does not give you ownership of the platform or its technology.
If you share ideas, suggestions, or feedback about FameAI, Famous Birthdays LLC may use them to improve the product without obligation or compensation.
FameAI may return information about creators, influencers, or public figures collected from various sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.
You are responsible for how you use the data returned by FameAI and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations. FameAI does not control how the data is used after it is returned by the service.
Data from FameAI is intended for your internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the data, or use the data to build datasets, models, databases, or competing products.
Please use FameAI through the intended product interface. Do not attempt to scrape the service, extract large amounts of data automatically, bypass system limits, or access the platform in ways it was not designed for.
FameAI is provided “as is,” without warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Famous Birthdays LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of FameAI. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the previous three months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in Los Angeles County, California.
These Terms represent the entire agreement regarding use of FameAI.
